Effective 07/15/24, Family Eye Care of the Carolinas and the Optical Shoppe will no longer dispense Medicaid glasses to recipients who have NOT received their exams at our clinic. Prescribing doctors and recipients impacted by this change should contact their NC Medicaid Managed Care plan or NC Medicaid to inquire where their glasses prescriptions can be filled.
